A mala is a string of 108 beads with one bead as the summit or guru bead called a 'sumeru. ' Malas are used as a tool to help the mind focus on meditation, or count mantras in sets of 108 repetitions. 

Traditionally, malas are held in your right hand in one of two ways; between the thumb and ring finger, or resting on the middle finger, using your thumb to rotate through each bead.

These 108 beads bound together crafted with love & carefully selected precious stone beads with the intention of supporting devotional practice, healing & concentration.
